Jonathan, a New Orleans resident, is constantly searching for new opportunities and finding influences in the creative movement of the city. His time spent in New Orleans’ growing film industry helped fuel his desire to play a role in adding to the existing fabric of local businesses and culture that is so unique to the area. With a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University and a background in construction, he continues his search for creative digital and hands-on design, as well as the secret to winning the Powerball. When the day’s spent, he’s usually walking the French Quarter with a Miller High Life in hand.
A Louisiana native, Patrick Fess pursued his love of design by earning his Bachelor of Architecture with a Minor in Construction Management jointly from Louisiana State University and Virginia Tech. His passions for experimenting with materials and exploring professional applications of adaptive reuse techniques made him a perfect match for the creative culture of New Orleans. When he’s not in the fabrication shop or glued to a computer screen, you can find him out trying to dance at a local dive or stuffing his face with cannolis. With unique experience in CNC fabrication and a design background in architecture, Patrick utilizes his experience and surroundings as inspiration for design projects.
Drew is a self-proclaimed connoisseur of the fine woods of the world, with several years’ experience designing and building furniture. He is a transplant to New Orleans and the Construct shop from Baton Rouge, where he managed a woodshop and graduated with the same degree as the other two guys. Drawn more to the old world of things, his build-process starts with sketches and usually involves antique hand tools somewhere in the construction phase. When he’s not working, Drew enjoys dinner with friends, finding new music, and training for marathons of British television.
